ASR Services’ Special Cleanliness Initiative at Dagdusheth Ganapati Festival 2026
During Ganeshotsav 2026, ASR Services had the privilege of contributing to the celebrations at the Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganapati Mandap and surrounding area in Pune through a dedicated cleanliness and waste-management initiative.
From 14th to 24th September 2026, ASR Services provided free cleanliness services at the Ganapati mandap and surrounding premises as a gesture of gratitude towards Ganapati Bappa and as part of our commitment to social responsibility.
The initiative was driven by a simple belief: “Swachhata Hi Seva, Seva Hi Bappa Chi Bhakti.” For ASR Services, cleanliness was not simply a responsibility during the festival—it was our humble contribution and a form of seva offered at the feet of Bappa.
Dedicated Team for Festival Cleanliness
To support the initiative, ASR Services deployed 7–10 trained personnel who worked throughout the festival period. The team worked every day from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, helping maintain cleanliness across the mandap and surrounding areas.
• Cleaning the Ganapati mandap and surrounding premises
• Regular waste collection
• Nirmalya collection
• Proper collection and management of festival waste
• Maintaining cleanliness in high-footfall areas
• Supporting better waste-management practices during the festival
Serving Bappa Through Cleanliness
Ganeshotsav brings together devotees in an atmosphere filled with devotion, celebration, and community spirit. With large gatherings naturally generating waste, maintaining cleanliness is an important part of creating a safe and welcoming environment.
ASR Services used its expertise in manpower management, facility management, cleanliness, sanitation, and waste management to support the festival.
The initiative was carried out without expecting any remuneration, as a gesture of gratitude to Ganapati Bappa and an expression of social commitment.
A Commitment Beyond Business
At ASR Services, we believe our responsibility extends beyond delivering professional services. Our work in manpower and facility management enables us to contribute to cleaner, healthier, and better-managed spaces. This initiative reflects that philosophy.
Our Message: Cleanliness Is Everyone’s Responsibility
Celebrating festivals and maintaining cleanliness should go hand in hand. Every clean space creates a better experience for devotees, volunteers, workers, and the wider community.
When businesses, organisations, volunteers, and citizens come together with a shared sense of responsibility, small efforts can create meaningful social impact.
Heartfelt Gratitude
ASR Services sincerely thanks the Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Sarvajanik Ganapati Trust, its office bearers, staff members, volunteers, and everyone who supported the initiative. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve during this auspicious occasion and contribute to the celebrations.
